GENERAL INFORMATION REGISTRATION DEADLINE : MONDAY, JUNE 8, 2007 DATES From Monday, June 18, to Wednesday, June 20, 2007. LOCATION All the <strong>scientific</strong> sessions will take place at the Brussels Exhibition Centre, Place de Belgique - Belgiëplein, BE- 1020 Brussels. New : Main entrance located through HALL 10. An access map will be sent with the confirmation of registration. A welcome desk (entrance of the Hall 10) will be open at the Brussels Exhibition Centre on Sunday, June 17, 2007 (from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). From Monday, June 18, the welcome desk at the Brussels Exhibition Centre will be at the disposal of the participants, from 8:00 a.m. till the end of the working sessions, each day. LANGUAGE The language of the Workshop will be English. ACCREDITATION Belgian Accreditation in Gastroenterology : requested. CME Credits (UEMS) : requested. REGISTRATION FEES The fees cover : Participation in the <strong>scientific</strong> sessions, sandwiches-lunches, coffee-breaks, welcome party (+ 1 accompanying person free) and Metro Pass valid for the 3 days of the congress. CANCELLATION POLICY A refund of registration fees already paid, less 20 % for administrative expenses, will be made to any participant who becomes unable to attend the Workshop, if notice in writing is received by the administrative secretariat prior to May 28th , 2007. After May 28th , 2007, there will be no refund. All refunds will be handled after the Workshop. NAME SUBSTITUTION Name substitution received before May 12th , 2007 will be free of charge. After May 12th , 2007, a handling processing fee of 60 € per substitution will be charged. GROUPS REGISTRATION For groups (more than 10 participants), the bio-medical companies or travel agencies in charge should contact the Course Coordinator before sending the registration forms and payment. PAYMENT Payments are accepted only in Euros (European currency unit). Payments in other currencies will not be accepted. No registration will be processed without full payment : • By international cheque or banker’s draft drawn on a Belgian bank payable to « ASBL Gastro-Entérologie et Endothérapie » and mailed with the registration form. Personal cheques or « Euro-cheques » will not be accepted. • By bank transfer made to « ASBL Gastro-Entérologie et Endothérapie », bank account n° 001-3875252-81 (FOR- TIS Bank, Montagne du Parc 3, BE-1000 Brussels - Swift Code : GEBABEBB – IBAN Code : BE 36001387525281). In order to avoid misunderstandings, participants are kindly requested to indicate CLEARLY their name and address on transfer order forms and cheques. The Workshop secretariat will not be responsible for tracking transfers deposited without appropriate identification. Bank charges are the responsibility of the sender. • By VISA or EUROCARD/MASTERCARD credit card only (see the registration form). The cardholder’s name and signature, card number and expiry date as well as the CVC code on the card (i.e. the last 3 digits on the back of the card) must be clearly indicated on the registration form. CONFIRMATION OF THE REGISTRATION After payment, acknowledgement of registration with the necessary details for the arrival of the participants in Brussels will be sent to all of them during May-June, 2006 by e-mail and by post.
