RAZVOJNA STABILNOST KOD INTERSPECIJSKIH HIBRIDA Drosophila<br />

Vrste se meðu sobom razlikuju i po akumuliranim razlikama na genetièkom nivou, koje<br />

vode reproduktivnoj izolaciji. Meðutim, ukrštanjem jedinki nekih sestrinskih vrsta nastaju<br />

intrspecijski hibridi. Pretpostavka je da kod potomstva nastalog takvim ukrštanjem ,<br />

moe doæi do poremeæaja u ontogenetskoj homeostazi, odnosno razvojnoj stabilnosti<br />

jedinki. Pokazatelj promena u razvojnoj stabilnosti moe biti fluktuirajuæa asimetrija, tj.<br />

porast varijanse asimetrije pojedinih morfoloških, bilateralno simetriènih osobina.<br />

U ovom radu korišæene su jedinke laboratorijskih populcija Drosophila simulans,<br />

Drosophila mauritiana i Drosophila melanogaster. Analiziran je stepen uspešnosti u<br />

parenju izmeðu jedinki razlièitih vrsta i varijabilnost flukturijaæe asimetrije preko<br />

velièine krila u roditeljskoj generaciji i kod dobijenog hibridnog potomstva. Akumilarane<br />

razlike izmeðu vrsta ispoljavaju se u razlièitom stepenu na nivou predzigotne<br />

reproduktivne izolacije i fenotipske varijabilnosti hibrida.<br />

DEVELOPMENTAL STABILITY IN INTERSPECIES<br />

HYBRIDS OF Drosophila<br />

Species differ through accumulated differences at the genetic level and witch results in<br />

reproductive isolation. But, crosses of individuals of some sibling species often give hybrids.<br />

It is assumed that offspring, from those crosses, could exhibit disturbance of developmental<br />

stability, i.e. ontogenic homeostasis. Fluctuating asymmetry can measure<br />

changes in developmental stability, by the increased variance in asymmetry of certain<br />

morphological, bilaterally symmetric traits.<br />

In the present paper, the flies used were from laboratory stocks Drosophila simulans,<br />

Drosophila mauritiana and Drosophila melanogaster. The mating success is analysed<br />

between individuals of different species and variability of fluctuating asymmetry of wing<br />

size in parental generation and their offspring. The accumulated differences between species<br />

are the cause of various degree of prezygotic reproductive isolation and phenotypic<br />

variability of hybrids.
