PRIMENA NEPARAMETARSKE STATISTIKE U OCENI INTERAKCIJE<br />

GENOTIP X SPOLJNA SREDINA<br />

Spoljašnja sredina odnosi se na set negenetièkih faktora koji afektiraju fenotipsku<br />

vrednost varijeteta koje ispitujemo u našim ogledima. Ukoliko se genotipovi razlikuju u<br />

njihovim vrednostima za odreðene osobine u razlièitim spoljnim sredinama to ukazuje na<br />

postojanje interakcije genotip x spoljna sredina. Statistièka analiza interakcije je od<br />

izuzetnog interesa u programima selekcije. Razlièiti statistièki pristupi u oceni interakcije<br />

genotip x spoljna sredina su u primeni: komponente varijanse, multivariaciona analiza,<br />

regresioni metodi, klaster tehnike...<br />

Istraivaèi u praktiènim situacijama nisu prvenstveno zainteresovani za numerièku<br />

kvantifikaciju interakcije genotip x spoljna sredina per se veæ samo za rekognosciranje<br />

iste.<br />

Klasièni parametrijski pristupi za analizu interakcije genotip x spoljna sredina poèivaju<br />

na nekoliko pretpostavki (normalitet distribucije, homogenost varijansi, aditivnost<br />

efekata). Ukoliko neka od ovih pretpostavki nije ispunjena, validnost ovih metoda moe<br />

biti narušena. Primenom neparametrijskih metoda, jednostavnih i lakih za primenu i<br />

analizu, izbegavaju se ove pretpostavke.<br />

U ovom radu, primenom nekoliko metoda neparametrijske ocene, analizirana je<br />

interakcije genotip x spoljna sredina za prinosa zrna 24 hibrida kukuruza (Zea mays L.) u<br />

šest lokaliteta. Primenjena je korelacija ranga po Spearman-u i Kendallov koeficijent<br />

saglasnosti u smislu: 1) kvantifikovanja relacije genotip x spoljna sredina i 2) grupisanja<br />

lokaliteta i genotipova.<br />

NON PARAMETRIC STATISTICAL APPROACH IN ESTIMATION OF<br />

GENOTYPE X ENVIROMENT INTERACTION<br />

An environment is represented by whole set of nongenetic factors that affect the<br />

phenotypic value of varieties under investigation in our trials.<br />

If the genotypes values for the particular trait differ trough locations that indicate presence<br />

of the genotyope x environment interaction. The statistical analsis of genotype x environment<br />

is of the outstanding interest in breeding programs. An different approaches in<br />

estimation of genotype x enviroment interaction are developed: variance components,<br />

multivariate analysis, regression methods, cluster techniques...<br />

In many practical situations the breeders are not just interested to quantify the genotype x<br />

environment interaction per se, but to recognize presence or absence of the same one.<br />

The mostly used, classical parametric approaches for an analysis of genotype x environment<br />

interaction are based on several assumptions: normality of the distribution, homogeneity<br />

of variances, additivity...<br />

If some of mentioned assumptions are not fulfilled, the validity of these methods may be<br />

questionable. By use of nonparametric methods, whish are simple and easy for analysis,<br />

all of the mentioned assumptions are avoided.<br />

In this paper we used several of non parametric techniques for an analysis of genotype x<br />

environment interaction for grain yield of 24 maize (Zea mays L.) hybrids through six locations.<br />

The procedures proposed by Spearman (rank correlation) and Kendall (coefficient<br />

of concordance) are used in order of: 1) quantification of relation of genotype x environment<br />

2) comparison and grouping of locations and genotypes.
