POLIMORFIZAM MOLEKULARNIH MARKERA KOD INBRED<br />

LINIJA KUKURUZA I HETEROZIS<br />

U radu je prouèavana genetièka divergentnost inbredovanih linija kukuruza proteinskim i<br />

RAPD markerima i korelacija dobijenih podataka sa ispoljenim heterozisom za prinos<br />

zrna u njihovim hibridnim kombinacijama. Deset inbredovanih linija, razlièitog porekla i<br />

duine vegetacije dialelno su ukrštene i dobijene hibridne kombinacije su ispitane u tri<br />

lokacije. Najveæi heterotièni efekat je ispoljila kombinacija ZPPL15 i ZPPL 200. Ukupno<br />

je detektovano 42 proteinske frakcije od kojih je 76% polimorfno. Sa RAPD markerima<br />

je utvrðen viši nivo polimorfizma (81%). Klaster analiza na osnovu genetièke distance sa<br />

oba tipa markera kao i heterotiènog efekta za prinos zrna grupisala je ispitivane<br />

genotipove u dve grupe. Grupisanje na osnovu klaster i PCA analize odgovaralo je<br />

podacima o njihovom poreklu. Znaèajna korelacija utvrðena je izmeðu genetièke distance<br />

roditeljskih linija u njihovim hibridnim kombinacijama i heterozisa za prinos zrna<br />

tih hibrida.<br />

POLYMORPHISM OF MOLECULAR MARKERS OF MAIZE<br />

INBRED LINES AND HETEROSIS<br />

The objective of the present study was to evaluate genetic diversity among maize inbred<br />

lines using polymorphism of protein and RAPD markers and to correlate single cross<br />

heterosis, to the genetic distance of the parental lines. Ten maize inbred lines of different<br />

origin and maturity were crossed diallelly without reciprocal crosses and their combinations<br />

were teseted at three location. The highest heterosis for yield was detected in the<br />

combination ZPPL15 x ZPLL 200. The analysis of embryo salt solubile proteins showed<br />

that all studied genotipes have a specific protein pattern. Totally 42 protein fractions of<br />

different molecular weight were observed, from which 76% of protein fractions were<br />

polymorphic.With RAPD markers higer polymorphism was detected (81%). The cluster<br />

analysis based on genetic distance computed from protein and RAPD data as well as<br />

heterosis classifies each of 10 inbreds into two groups. It could be concluded from the<br />

present study that grouping of inbred lines by Claster and PCA generally agree with the<br />

pedigrees of these lines. The correlation coefficient between heterosis for grain yield and<br />

genetic distances based on molecular markers are positive and mainly significant.
