MEÐUZAVISNOST KOMPONENTI VISINE U GERMPLAZMI SIRKA<br />

METLAŠA [Sorghum bicolor (L). Moench]<br />

U radu je izvršeno ispitivanje mepuzavisnosti komponenti visine (visina biljke, visina<br />

stabla, duina metlice, duina peteljki, duina drške metlice, duina rukavca lista<br />

zastavièara i eksponiranost metlice) u germplazmi sirka metlaša. Dvogodišnji ogled se<br />

sastojao od kolekcije koja broji 450 genotipova. S obzirom na njeno poreklo i obim moe<br />

se tvrditi da se radi o svetskoj kolekciji sirka metlaša, koja obuhvata lokalne autohtone<br />

populacije, priznate i perspektivne sorte razlièitog porekla, kao i materijal proizišao iz<br />

programa oplemenjivanja.<br />

Od svih komponenti visine pozitivne, visoko signifikantne genetièke korelacije su<br />

zabeleene izmepu visine biljke i visine stabla (rg=0,986**) i duine drške i<br />

eksponiranosti metlice (rg=0,910**). Vrednosti koeficijenata fenotipske korelacije<br />

takope ukazuju na to da visina biljke u najveæoj meri zavisi od visine stabla (rf=0,984**), odnosno eksponiranost metlice od duine drške (rf=0,887**). Znaèajne korelacije su još<br />

zabeleene izmepu duine drške i visine biljke (rg=0,702*; rf=0,646*), duine drške i<br />

visine stabla (rg=0,693*; rf=0,614*) i duine peteljki i duine metlice (rg=0,673*; rf=0,677*). Duina peteljki je osobina koja je u negativnoj korelaciji sa visinom biljke,<br />

visinom stabla, duinom drške i eksponiranošæu. Pored toga, u negativnoj korelaciji su<br />

još i eksponiranost metlice i duina rukavca. Pošto se u praksi metlice sirka metlaša<br />

skidaju ruèno, koncepcija selekcije se uglavnom bazira na stvaranju niskih sorti sa<br />

eksponiranom metlicom.<br />

INTERRELATIONSHIP COMPONENTS OF HEIGHT IN BROOMCORN<br />

[Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench] GERMPLASM<br />

The examination of interrelationship component of height (plant height, stalk height,<br />

lenght of panicle, fiber lenght, lenght of peduncle, flag leaf sheat lenght and panicle<br />

exseretion) in broomcorn germplasm was carried out. Two years experiment include collection<br />

of 450 broomcorn genotypes. Consider on its origin and volume it represent<br />

world broomcorn collection, which include local populations, grown and perspective varieties<br />

from different origin, as well as selection material.<br />

High significant positive genetic correlation was record between plant height and stalk<br />

height (rg=0,986**) as well as lenght of peduncle and plant exsertion (rg=0,910**). Coefficients<br />

of phenotypic correlation also shows that plant height is mostly depend on stalk<br />

height (rf=0,984**) and panicle exsertion on lenght of peduncle (rf=0,887**). Significant<br />

correlation was record between lenght of peduncle and plant height (rg=0,702*, rf=0,646*), lenght of peduncle and stalk height (rg=0,693*, rf=0,614*) and fiber lenght<br />

and lenght of panicle (rg=0,673*, rf=0,677*). Fiber lenght is characteristic which is in<br />

negative correlation with plant height, stalk height, peduncle lenght and panicle<br />

exsertion. Negative correlation was also record between panicle exsertion and flag leaf<br />

sheat lenght. In praxis broomcorn panicle is harvested manualy, so the concept of selection<br />

is based on low hights varieties with exsertion panicle.
