OCENA LINIJA PARADAJZA KAO DONORA POELJNIH ALELA ZA<br />

POPRAVKU KOMPONENTI PRINOSA ELITNOG HIBRIDA<br />

Cilj istraivanja je identifikuja linija koje mogu biti korišæene kao donori poeljnih alela<br />

za poboljšanje kvantitativnih osobina elitnog hibrida paradajza. Izuèavane su sledeæe<br />

osobine: duina ploda, preènik ploda, broj komora ploda, debljina perikarpa, broj<br />

plodova po biljci, masa ploda i masa ploda po biljci.<br />

Komponente prinosa šest linija (B-99, Ma-127, M-29, ZJ-17, Kz-13 i Au-09) i njihovih<br />

15 hibrida su izuèavane na bazi poljskih ogleda u tri ponavljanja (2000. godine) po<br />

sluèajnom blok sistemu.<br />

Linija Kz-13 je pokazala pozitivne ili negativne i znacajne G vrednosti za sve osobine.<br />

Ova linija, Kz-13 je ispoljila najviše i najznaèajnije vrednosti ovog parametra za broj<br />

komora ploda, broj plodova po biljci i masu ploda. Srodnija je sa Au-09 roditeljem<br />

elitnog hibrida. Poboljšanje ovih osobina zajedno moe biti izvedeno sa povratnim<br />

ukrštranjem hibrida B-99xAu-09 sa P2 (Au-09) ili donorima (Ma-127, M-29, ZJ-17,<br />

Kz-13).<br />

Ovi rezultati ukazuju da linije mogu biti korišæene kao donori poeljnih alelela za<br />

poboljšanje komponentata prinosa elitnog hibrida. Na bazi rezultata linija pronadeni su<br />

najbolji potencijalni donori za poboljšanje elitnog hibrida B-99 x Au-09.<br />

THE EVALUATION OF LINES OF TOMATO AS DONORS OF FAVORABLE<br />

ALLELES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF YIELD COMPONENTS OF AN<br />

ELITE HYBRID<br />

The aim of this study is to identify which of different lines may be useful as donor of favorable<br />

alleles in the improvement of the quantitative traits of the elite single cross hybrid.<br />

Fruit length, fruit diameter, number of locules per a fruit, pericarp thickness, number<br />

of fruit per plant, fruit weight and weight fruit per plant were investigate.<br />

Yield components in six lines and their 15 hybrids were determined on the basis of field<br />

trials set up in three replications (2000. year) in a randomized block design.<br />

Line, Kz-13 showed positive or negative and significant G values of all traits. This line,<br />

Kz-13, expressed the highest significant value of this parameter for number of locules per<br />

a fruit, number of fruit per plant and fruit weight and could be useful in the improvement<br />

of these traits. This line was more closely related to the parent of the elite hybrid Au-09.<br />

Improvement of these traits should be carried out together by backcrossing the hybrid<br />

B-99xAu-09 to the P2 (Au-09) or the donors (Ma-127, M-29, ZJ-17, Kz-13).<br />

These results suggest that lines could be used as donor of favorable alleles for improvement<br />

of yields components of an elite hybrid. On the bases of results of lines were found<br />

to be the best potential donor for improvement of the elite hybrid B-99 x Au-09.
