KOMPONENTI PRINOSA, MORFOLOŠKO-BIOLOŠKIH KARAKTERISTIKA<br />

I PRINOSA ZELENE MASE CRVENE DETELINE (Trifolium pratense L)<br />

U radu je korišæeno pet divergentnih genotipova crvene deteline (dve sorte: Junior, Diana<br />

i tri populacije: Vlaška, BL-3, M-11) koje su dialelno ukrštene. Eksperimentalni deo<br />

ogleda je bio uraðen na oglednom polju Zavoda za krmno bilje Nauènog Instituta za<br />

ratarstvo i povrtarstvo u Novom Sadu. Tokom 1999 i 2000 godine su bila sprovedena<br />

dialelna ukrštanja izmeðu odabranih genotipova crvene deteline u svim kombinacijama,<br />

nakon èega je u dvogodišnjem periodu (2001-2002) izvršeno testiranje dobijenog<br />

potomstva u odnosu na ispitivane osobine (duina stabljike, debljina stabljike, duina<br />

centralne liske, prinos zelene mase po biljci, vreme poèetka cvetanja, perzistentnost i<br />

forma rasta). Prouèavani su: varijabilnost, naèin nasleðivanja, efekat gena, kombinirajuæe<br />

sposobnosti, kao i heritabilnost, ispitivanih osobina crvene deteline. Analizom<br />

fenotipske varijanse moe se zakljuèiti da je aditivan naèin delovanja gena imao<br />

dominantnu ulogu u nasleðivanju: duine stabljike, prinosa zelene mase po biljci, forme<br />

rasta, a kao najèešæi naèin nasleðivanja ispoljila se parcijalna dominacija. Veæe uèešæe<br />

dominantne varijanse u ukupnoj genotipskoj varijansi, kao i niske vrednosti heritabilnosti<br />

u uem smislu (h2 n) su dobijene za: debljinu stabljike (16,67 % i 23,07 %). Tokom obe<br />

godine (2001-2002) analizom path koeficijenta utvrðen je znaèajan direktan efekat<br />

duine stabljike na prinos zelene mase po biljci crvene deteline (9,09*, odnosno 6,23*).<br />

Direktan efekat debljine stabljike na prinos zelene mase po biljci u 2001. godini je bio<br />

izrazito negativan (r = -0,141), meðutim njegov pozitivan ukupni efekat je rezultat<br />

pozitivnih indirektnih efekata duine stabljike (r = 0,379) i forme rasta (r = 0,164)<br />

GENETIC ANALYSIS OF INHERITANCE AND MUTUAL RELATIONSHIPS<br />

AMONG YIELD COMPONENTS, MORPHOLOGICAL-BIOLOGICAL TRAITS<br />

AND YIELD OF GREEN MASS OF RED CLOVER (Trifolium pratense L)<br />

A diallel cross including five divergent red clover genotypes (two varieties: Junior and<br />

Diana, and three populations: Vlaška, BL-3 and M-11) has been used in this study. Experiments<br />

were conducted at the experiment field of Forage Crops Department, Institute<br />

of Field and Vegetable Crops, Novi Sad. In the course of 1999 and 2000, a diallel cross<br />

was made with the selected red clover genotypes. In the period 2001-2002, the obtained<br />

progenies were tested for stem length, stem thickness, length of central lamina, yield of<br />

green mass per plant, beginning of flowering, persistence and growth habit of red clover.<br />

These traits were analyzed for variability, mode of inheritance, gene effects, combining<br />

ability and heritability. The analysis of phenotypic variance showed that the additive<br />

gene action played the dominant role in the inheritance of stem length, yield of green<br />

mass per plant and growth habit. Partial dominance was the most frequent mode of inheritance.<br />

Increased proportion of dominant variance in the total genotypic variance and low<br />

values of narrow-sense heritability (h2 n) were obtained for stem thickness (16.67% and<br />

23.07%, respectively). In both study years (2001-2002) by path coefficient analysis we<br />

obtained significant direct effect of stem length on yield of green mass per plant of red<br />

clover (9,09*, and 6,23* respectively). The direct effect of stem thickness on green mass<br />

per plant in 2001 was expressly negative (r = -0,141), but positive value of total effect of<br />

stem thickness on green mass per plant is result of positive values of indirect effects of<br />

stem length (r = 0,379) and growth habit (r = 0,164)
