MORFOANATOMSKE KARAKTERISTIKE ÈETINA<br />

RAZLIÈITIH FENOGRUPA OMORIKE<br />

Panèiæeva omorika (Picea omorika Panè./Purkyine), kao endemska vrsta Balkanskog<br />

poluostrva i tercijarni relikt, veoma je znaèajna za istraivanja u oblasti šumarstva i<br />

pejzane arhitekture. U cilju proizvodnje selekcionisanog semena ove vrste, 1986.<br />

godine podignuta je generativna semenska plantaa iznad sela Godovik, SO Poega, koja<br />

obuhvata 50 linija polusrodnika razvrstanih u sedam fenogrupa. U ovom radu, izvršena je<br />

analiza morfoanatomskih karakteristika èetina, na uzorku od po pet stabala u okviru pet<br />

fenogrupa, što predstavlja korak napred u istraivanjima vezanim za Panèiæevu omoriku.<br />

Rezultati ovog rada predstavljaju znaèajnu polaznu osnovu za dalja istraivanja, u cilju<br />

utvrðivanja varijabilnosti strukture èetina razlièitih fenogrupa i moguænosti primene<br />

morfoanatomskih karakteristika èetina kao parametra pri proceni obilnosti uroda i<br />

produkcije biomase èetina za potrebe farmaceutske i kozmetièke industrije.<br />

MORPH - ANATOMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SERBIAN<br />

SPRUCE NEEDLES FROM DIFFERENT PHENOGROUPES<br />

Serbian spruce (Picea omorika Panè./Purkyine), Balkan endemic species and tertiary relict,<br />

have a great significance in forestry research and landscape architecture. Serbian<br />

spruce seed orchard at Godovik was established in 1986, from 50 half-sib lines divided in<br />

seven phenogroupes. On phenogroupes level, within five genotypes sample, applied<br />

method in this study was to analysis morph - anatomic characteristics of needles, which<br />

is a step forward in Serbian spruce research. The results of this study made very important<br />

starting point for further research aimed to estimate variability of needles structure<br />

from different phenogroups, with possible application of needles morph - anatomical<br />

characteristics as parameter for estimate crop and needles biomass production for pharmaceutical<br />

and cosmetics industry needs.
