IV-Pos-24 ZBORNIK ABSTRAKATA III KONGRESA GENETIÈARA SRBIJE 141
Subotica, 30. novembar - 4. decembar 2004.
GENETIÈKA VARIJABILNOST SORTI LUCERKE RAZLIÈITOG
GEOGRAFSKOG POREKLA
S. Katiæ, V. Mihailoviæ, D. Miliæ, S. Vasiljeviæ i A. Mikiæ
sativa): dve iz Novog Sada, 4 iz Grèke, 5 iz Bolivije, 1 iz Ukrajine i 3 sorte M. varia iz
Estonije. Analizom dvogodišnjih rezultata (2003. i 2004), dobijeno je najveæe variranje
izmeðu sorti razlièitog geografskog porekla odnosno izmeðu M. sativa i M. varia sorti.
Takoðe bilo je veæe variranje izmeðu sorti sa udaljenim poreklom (Srbija - Bolivija).
Najmanje variranje zapaeno je izmeðu sorti bliskog geografskog porekla i ekoloških
uslova (Srbija – Grèka). Uoèeno je veæe variranje izmeðu sorti razlièitog geografskog i
biološkog porekla, nego izmeðu sorti zajednièkog porekla i sliènih ekoloških uslova.
Najveæe genetièko variranje zapaeno je kod osobina: prinos suve materije (CVg 27,8 %)
i brzina regeneracije (CVg 24,0 %). Najmanje genetièko variranje izmeðu sorti zapaeno
je kod udela lišæa (CVg 8,4 %) i sadraja suve materije (CVg 2,4 %).
GENETIC VARIABILITY IN LUCERNE CULTIVARS
OF DIFFERENT GEOGRAPHIC ORIGIN
The aim of this paper was to analyze genetic variability within and between lucerne
cultivars of different geografic origin. A trial was conducted during 2002-2004 with 12
M. sativa cultivars: two from Novi Sad, Serbia, four from Greece, five from Bolivia, one
from Ukraine and three cultivars of Medicago varia from Estonia. The results of 2003
and 2004 have shown that the greatest variation was between cultivars of different geographic
origin, as well as M. sativa and M. varia. There was also a great variation between
cultivars of distant origin (Serbia – Bolivia). The smallest variation was found in
cultivars of close geographic origin and environmental conditions (Serbia Greece). There
was also a greater variation between cultivars of different geographic and biologacal origin
than between cultivars of common origin and similar ecological conditions. The
greatest genetic variation was found in dry matter yield (CVg 27.8 %) and regeneration
rate (CVg 24.0 %). The smallest genetic variation was found in portion of leaves (CVg 8.4 %) and (CVg 2.4 %).
