CRNIH TOPOLA U USLOVIMA VODENE KULTURE<br />

Na osnovu trogodišnjih ogleda u polu-kontrolisanim uslovima u vodenoj kulturi (t =<br />

25±2o C i 16/8h reim dan / noæ) sa 13 genotipova amerièke crne topole, 3 genotipa<br />

euramerièke topole i 2 genotipa iz familija u polusrodstvu amerièke crne topole, ispitana<br />

je varijabilnost 45 merenih i izvedenih morfometrijskih, fenoloških i masenih svojstava<br />

oiljavanja reznica. Ogledi su postavljeni u èetiri roka tokom perioda mirovanja: druga<br />

polovina decembra, druga polovina januara, kraj februara i sredina marta. Uticaj genotipa<br />

je bio znaèajan za svojstva korenèiæa u drugom i èetvrtom roku, za svojstva izbojka,<br />

pozicije korenèiæa i fenološke parametre u treæem roku, a za masena svojstva u prva tri<br />

roka. Uticaj godine je bio znaèajan za svojstva korena u drugom i èetvrtom roku, izbojka<br />

u drugom i treæem roku, za fenološka svojstva u svim osim u treæem roku, a za svojstva<br />

mase u èetvrtom roku. Interakcija je znaèajna za veæinu svojstava korenèiæa u prva tri<br />

roka, u èetvrtom za masena i svojstva korenèiæa rane, za parametre izbojka u prvom, a za<br />

fenološka svojstva u treæem roku. Jasne razlike u varijabilnosti ispitivanih svojstava<br />

tokom perioda mirovanja upuæuju na znaèaj roka postavljanja selekcionih testova u<br />

vodenoj kulturi. Heritabilnosti u širem smislu, ispitane na osnovu genotipova amerièke<br />

crne topole, ukazuju na znaèaj drugog i èetvrtog roka. Za potpunu ocenu znaèaja<br />

pojedinih rokova i svojstava u oplemenjivaèkom procesu, neophodno je prouèiti i<br />

njihovu vezu sa preivljavanjem reznica u poljskim uslovima.<br />

VARIABILITY OF CHARACTERS OF CUTTING ROOTING IN BLACK<br />

POPLARS IN THE CONDITIONS OF WATER CULTURE<br />

At the base of three-annual exams in the semi-controled conditions of water culture (t =<br />

25±2oC and 16/8h day/night) with 13 genotypes of Populus deltoides, 3 genotypes of<br />

Populus x euramericana and 2 genotypes from half-sib families of Populus deltoides the<br />

variability of 45 measured and derived morphometric, phenology and dry-mass character<br />

was examined. The experiments were established in four terms during the period of dormancy:<br />

second half of December, second half of January, the end of February and middle<br />

of March. The influence of genotype was considerable for root characters in second and<br />

fourth term, for shoot characters, characters of roots position and phenology in third, and<br />

for mass characters in first three terms. The influence of year on variation was considerable<br />

in second and fourth term for root characters, in second and third term for shoot characters<br />

and in third term for characters of phenology. The influence of genotype x year interaction<br />

for root characters in first three terms, in fourth for the mass and characters of roots on<br />

basal cut, while for shoot characters in first term. Clear differences in influence of examined<br />

sources of variation among examined terms suggest the importance of proper time of<br />

establishment for selection tests in water culture. The heritabilities in broad sense, examined<br />

for genotypes of Populus deltoides, favourise second and fourth term. For complete<br />

evaluation of the significance of terms and characters for their use in breeding process it is<br />

necessary to examine thei relationship with the survival of cuttings in field condtitions.
