RAZDVAJANJA PAPRIKE (Capsicum annuum L.)<br />

Cilj ovoga istraivanja bio je da se odrede genetièke vrednosti za ranostasnost F 1 iF 2<br />

generacije dialelno ukrštenih genotipova paprike, kao i da se ocene efekti primene pedigree<br />

i bulk metoda selekcije kod F 3 hibridnih populacija.<br />

Hibridne populacije su formirane od ukrštanja divergentnih genotipova koji pripadaju<br />

razlièitim varijetetima vrste Capsicum annuum L. Uzimajuæi sve dobijene kombinacije<br />

ukrštanja u obzir ocenjeno je da je efekat heterozisa u F 1 generaciji za ispitivanu osobinu<br />

bio mali. Genetièka analiza F 2 generacija pokazala je da je superdominacija naèin na<br />

koji se nasleðuje ranostasnost.<br />

U F 3 generaciji hibridne populacije nastale primenom pedigree metoda selekcije<br />

ocenjene su kao oplemenjivaèki vrednije po osnovu ispitivane osobine u odnosu na<br />

hibridne populacije dobijene modifikovanom bulk metodom.<br />

GENERATIONS OF PEPPER (Capsicum annuum L.)<br />

The goal of this researching was determination of genetic values for earliness F 1 and F 2<br />

generations of diallel crossing pepper genotypes, and also it was estimated the effects of<br />

applying of pedigree and bulk methods of selection in F 3 hybrid populations.<br />

The hybrid populations were formed from crossing of divergent genotypes, which belong<br />

to different varieties of species Capsicum annuum L. Considering all combinations of<br />

crossing it was estimated that the effect of heterosis in F 1 generation for analysed trait<br />

was low. The genetic analysis of F 2 generation showed that superdominance is the mode<br />

of inheritance for the earliness.<br />

In F 3 generation the hybrid populations which formed by the pedigree method of selection<br />

were estimated as better for all traits in compare to the hybrid populations from modified<br />

bulk method.
