Some strategies for the final <strong>stage</strong><br />

• To hire post-doctoral students instead <strong>of</strong> 5-year Ph.D.<br />

students.<br />

• More industry oriented short-term projects, e.g. WP 8-4:<br />

Wireless Video Monitoring System Demonstration.<br />

• Move towards the area <strong>of</strong> sustained collaboration<br />

(ramping-down for ramping-up).<br />
