About this directory
The Youth Services Directory is a resource guide for all youth and their
service providers. Organizations in the Boston area specializing in
HIV/AIDS/STD prevention and education, primary medical care, mental
health, substance abuse, and faith-based organizations are among the
service providers included in this directory.
Connect to Protect®: Boston is pleased to publish the Youth Services
Directory and to acknowledge these community-specific organizations
and programs that are making important contributions to protecting the
health and well-being of young people. Information provided in this
directory is a public service. Although every effort has been made to
ensure the accuracy of the content, Connect to Protect®: Boston is not
responsible for inaccurate, misprinted or omitted information. In
addition, we realize the magnitude of resources provided by highly
diligent, motivated and community based organizations to their
constituency may not be listed in this directory due to our publishing
time constraints. However, the fluidity of this process will allow additions
that can be made in the future. And, if there are any organizations that
should have been included, please let us know.
It is only through a collaborative effort among communities and
researchers that we can address the specific needs of young people
and build a better future by reducing the risks to the health of our youth.
