WOW! Warrant Officer Women’s Mentorship Lunch
CW4 Nicole E. Woodyard (915E) , President of the Fort Hood “Silver” Chapter and CW3 Sheleana Stewart
(920B), Memorabilia Chairperson hosted a Mentorship luncheon for the Female Warrant Officers in the
Fort Hood community.
CW4 Woodyard states, “This was
necessary. It gave the senior
Warrants and opportunity to
create a foundation, provide
guidance and direct mentorship,
while opening a line of
communication and availability
to the junior Warrant Officers.
Simultaneously, the junior
Warrants were able to ask
specific questions about officer‐
ship and professional
development and it created a
network that can now only be
strengthened.”

We were able to interact with (Female) Warrant Officers that we may not have otherwise had the
opportunity to meet with. The diversity in ranks, time‐in‐service, and MOS’s only proved the validity of
why this small demographic of Soldiers was vital to bond (Female Warrant Officers make up less than 9%
of the Active Army Warrant Officer Population. The Warrant Officers that attended the Mentorship
Luncheon ranged from W01‐CW4, MOS Series 915E, 890A, 920A&B, 948B, 140E, 882A.
