関西
京都のOSM地図で特筆すべきは、
今年2010年3月、京都府向日市の
全ての道が網羅された事です。もし
向日市にお住まいでしたら、是非
OSM地図で覗いてみてください。
また、同年4月、OpenStreetMap関
西設立を記念して比叡山でマッピン
グパーティをしました。
関西のOSM地図作成は、ゆっくりと
ですが、着実に前進しています。しか
し、全ての道を網羅するのはまだ遠
い先です。まだまだ、地図データは足
りません。是非この機会に、一緒に地
図を作成してみませんか?

OpenStreetMap(略称OSM)は道路地図
などの地理情報データを誰でも利用できる
よう、フリーの地理情報データを作成するこ
とを目的としたプロジェクトです。
京都は、国内でのOSMの地図作成が活発
な県の一つです。海外から来られる方が旅
行の記録として地図を作られたり、また、京
都在住のOSMユーザーが活発に地図を作
成しています。
関西圏での OSM アクティブユーザ数は概
ね15名~20名です。
ユーザ全員が顔を合わせる機会は中々あり
ませんが、twitter や Google グループで
のんびり話しながら地図を作っています。

What should make a special mention in
the OSM map of Kyoto is a thing that all
roads in Kyoto Prefecture Muko City were
covered in March, 2010.
Please look in the OSM map Muko City
when it is a residence.
The mapping party was done in Hieizan in
commemoration of the establishment of
"OpenStreetMap Kansai" in April.
The OSM cartography of Kansai is steadily
advanced though does slowly. However,
far still ahead that all roads are covered.
Still, the map data doesn't suffice. Will you
make the map together by all means at this
chance ?

OpenStreetMap (OSM) is a free editable map of
the whole world. It is made by people like you.
Kyoto is one of the prefectures where the
cartography of OSM in the country is active.
Being possible to come from foreign countries
makes it, and the map is made as a record of
the travel, and the OSM user of the Kyoto living
is making the map actively.
The number of OSM active users in Kansai
region is from about 15 to 20 people.
The map is made while peacefully speaking in
twitter and the Google group though there is
easily no chance that all users appear in the
same play.
