Communes in Noteć Basin

- co-operation with Wielkopolskie Voivodship
where similar elaboration considering Noteć
River Valley was made
- the project is connected with Bydgoszcz Water
Junction, which is one of the most valuable
heritages of Bydgoszcz and the main element of
the international water highway that connects
Eastern and Western Europe.
Key questions analyzed in the project:
- the assessment of Noteć River Valley’s potential
for development
- economic activation of the Noteć River Valley
(especially the tourist aspect):
· modernization of the existing infrastructure and
service areas
· creating and promoting new places for tourist to
visit and stay
- demographic, agricultural, cultural and natural
issues
- entrepreneurship, unemployment and migration
rate
