a passenger ferry service to Falmouth. The St Mawes

HISTORICAL NOTE
The 'first' Merry Mead was built in the early 1960's by
the Le-Good family who bought the building plot off
the Haven Estate. The Le-Good's lived in the property
for the remainder of their days. H Tiddy handled the
sale of the property on behalf of the beneficiaries, which
was in need of renovation, in 2007. Best and final offers
were invited, our current clients being the successful
bidders amongst very strong competition. The original
Merry Mead was knocked down and our clients have
