HISTORICAL NOTE
The 'first' Merry Mead was built in the early 1960's by
the Le-Good family who bought the building plot off
the Haven Estate. The Le-Good's lived in the property
for the remainder of their days. H Tiddy handled the
sale of the property on behalf of the beneficiaries, which
was in need of renovation, in 2007. Best and final offers
were invited, our current clients being the successful
bidders amongst very strong competition. The original
Merry Mead was knocked down and our clients have
taken over 12 months to project-manage the build to
their exacting standards of quality and attention to
detail. They moved into the property only a few months
ago. They had every intention to remain in their ' dream'
home for many years to come, as the Le-Goods did
before them.
