work will never end. We would love to see it end, though. All kids<br />
being safe in everything they do.<br />
>> I'm Judy Theiry. I'm Maternal <strong>and</strong> Child Health Coordinator for the Indian Health Service.<br />
I work here at headquarters in Washington, D.C., Rockville, Maryl<strong>and</strong>. I<br />
manage anyone from women in childbearing years to pediatrics to<br />
children, zero to eighteen, children with special health care needs,<br />
adolescent health.<br />
>> The whole gamut. What's the greatest challenge in the work you do?<br />
>> I think to communicate the needs from the field, <strong>and</strong> our constituents, as well as the<br />
providers, nurses, midwives to our health care system. To communicate<br />
those needs across agencies, the Federal Government, <strong>and</strong> across states.<br />
>> What's most rewarding about the work you do?<br />
>> Everything. I love my job.<br />

PHYLLIS SLOYER: Good Afternoon. When I looked at that, <strong>and</strong> I saw those pictures, <strong>and</strong> I<br />
look at all of you, I celebrate you. What a phenomenal job each <strong>and</strong><br />
every one of you do every day on behalf of women <strong>and</strong> children <strong>and</strong><br />

an imposter up here at the podium. I just want you to know that I am the<br />
real Phyllis Sloyer <strong>and</strong> I am president of <strong>AMCHP</strong> <strong>and</strong> extraordinarily<br />
pleased to welcome you to the <strong>2011</strong> conference. It is co-located with a<br />
