Quality — VTech’s DECT 6.0 cordless phone platform provides interference free transmissions
for crystal clear conversations. This DECT 6.0 platform is designed only for cordless phone
communication. No other electronic devices can transmit on this frequency, so your VTech DECT
6.0 cordless phone doesn’t have to compete with other devices. No competition means you get the
best cordless phone sound quality and range.
Security — VTech’s DECT 6.0 cordless phone platform digitizes and encrypts the phone signal,
making it impossible for someone to eavesdrop. This protects you from identity theft and other
devious acts. Be secure with all of your conversations when using any of the VTech DECT 6.0
cordless phones.
Range — VTech’s DECT 6.0 cordless phone platform provides better range than all other phone
platforms (i.e. 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz). This DECT 6.0 platform is designed only for cordless
phone communication. No other electronic devices can transmit on this frequency so your VTech
DECT 6.0 cordless phone doesn’t have to compete with other devices. No competition means you
get the best cordless phone sound quality and range.
Caller ID with Call Waiting displays a caller’s name, number, time and date, even while on another call. This feature requires the user to subscribe to Caller ID with Call Waiting, a combined service,
available through the local telephone company. Subscribers receiving Caller ID and Call Waiting as separate services must subscribe to Caller ID with Call Waiting as a single, combined service. Such
services may not be available in all areas, may be called different names by different local telephone companies, and a fee may be associated with these services. To ensure optimal utilization of this
feature, both the user’s telephone and the telephone of the calling party must be in areas where Caller ID with Call Waiting services are available, and the local telephone company must be using
compatible equipment as well.
Voicemail feature requires a subscription from your local telephone company.
