available in the Computer Music Journal archives, on the ftp sites<br />
mitpress.mit.edu /pub/Computer-Music-Journal/EdNotes or<br />
ccrma-ftp.stanford.edu /pub/Publications/cmj/EdNotes. Some references<br />
in this file that belong in that category will be removed in the<br />
