With the AirTies RT-111 you can access the Internet over the ADSL line,
connect PCs directly to 4 Ethernet ports of the RT-111 and form your
local network. You can increase the number of the network clients up
to 253 using switches and distribute your high speed Internet connection
(24Mbps/4Mbps with ADSL2+) to your local network.
With its integrated processor, the AirTies RT-111 can operate independent
of a PC and performs the functions of a modem, firewall and a router
in a convenient all-in-one solution.
The ADSL Usage Monitor is specially useful for limited-quota ADSL
users. It shows the total download and upload amounts on a monthly
basis. This information is saved in RT-111’s non-volatile memory and
is independent of the PC.
For all AirTies models the entire setup and installation are made extremely
easy by the “Easy Setup CD with animated instructions”. All you
need to do is
• insert the supplied CD into your computer,
• follow the presentation and vocal setup instructions,
• enter the ADSL username and password provided by your ADSL service
provider. The rest of the setup is done automatically by RT-111 and
you can connect to the Internet immediately.
The advanced anti-DoS SPI firewall of the AirTies RT-111 protects
your network from hacker and DoS (denial of service) attacks from the
Internet and allows URL, IP and MAC-address based Internet-access
controls.
AirTies RT-111 is developed by the AirTies R&D team using the most
advanced chipsets compliant with your local ADSL infrastructure.
