The Third Annual Black History Month Military<br />

Ball will be held Saturday, Feb. 16, 2008, at the<br />

Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Center in<br />

Dedham. The event strives to recognize, educate<br />

and celebrate the achievements and contributions<br />

of people with African heritage. This year’s<br />

ball includes a tribute to the “Black Bird Men,”<br />

more commonly known as The T<strong>us</strong>kegee<br />

Airmen.<br />

There will be vario<strong>us</strong> forms of entertainment and<br />

historical displays; guests may choose to join<br />

the annual audience choir in singing the Black<br />

National Anthem. It is a time to rekindle friendships<br />

and enjoy a good party.<br />

Program, an affiliate of the Massach<strong>us</strong>etts<br />

National Guard Federal Diversity Group is proud<br />

to host the Third Annual Black History Month<br />
