Where's My PDF?!
So, You've just ordered your first THW game, and you've heard how awesome it is to get the
PDF instantly thesedays... But you can't find it! Hopefully this will help. Excuse my dodgy
pictures, my Gimp-fu is weak.
Firstly, make sure you've selected the option to receive an Email comfirmation of your order.
It doesn't matter what method you chose to pay with, you'll have this option. (If you've
downloaded this document from you're confirmation email, you've already done this, skip to
the next part)
Proceed with payment using Credit Card or Paypal. You'll receive an email shortly after you
submit. There's a link in it for your order status as shown below.

Hit this link, it'll take you to the Order Status page below. If you paid with a credit card, you
can skip this part. If you've paid with PayPal, then this is what slips up most people. You may
need to scroll down a little, but there's a place to enter your email address again – it's
circled below.
Put your email address in here, hit 'Apply', and hey-presto, you should be able to instantly
download your PDF – See the circled bit below!

I Hope this clears things up a little. The box asking for your email can be hidden sometimes,
it's easy to miss. If you're still having trouble, then ask for help on the Yahoo! Group –
http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/twohourwargames/. I'm always lurking around
there, as are plenty of others who can help out, including Ed. We'll get you the PDF one way
or another!
