Mark Edward Soper is president of Select Systems and Associates, Inc., a technical writing and training organization that has been in business since 1989. About the Technical Editor Mark Reddin, MCSE, A+, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and an A+ Certified PC technician. In addition to his work as a Que technical editor, Mark provides consulting services for NT systems and business networks. This interest led to a professional level of involvement and, after dabbling in programming, he discovered networking.
