1. Click the Start button, Programs, Administrative Tools (common),
Windows NT Diagnostics.
2. Select the Resources tab.
3. Click IRQ to see the IRQs in use, along with the devices
using them; IRQs not listed are available.
4. Click I/O Port to see I/O port addresses in use.
5. Click DMA to see DMA channels in use.
6. Click Memory to see memory addresses in use.
