Motor-vehicle crash-related injuries are the #1<br />
killer of children. By focusing on law enforcement in<br />
<strong>2009</strong>, we have become the voice children<br />
desperately need. This past year, we have<br />
strengthened enforcement of child passenger safety<br />
laws by educating Public <strong>Safe</strong>ty workers. We also<br />
provided each patrolman with tools to help them<br />
effectively communicate and enforce laws related to<br />
child passenger safety.<br />
Our community impact in <strong>2009</strong> reflects our<br />
stronger relationship and collaboration with Public<br />
<strong>Safe</strong>ty and their commitment to enforcement.<br />
