Every other year, Scholastica participates
in the National College Health Assessment
which is a confidential survey for students to
complete. By utilizing this assessment tool,
we are able to plan for a healthier campus by
collecting critical information about CSS students.
The topics in this survey include impediments
to academic performances, alcohol
and tobacco use, mental, physical, and sexual
health. This survey will be emailed to all students,
and we encourage your participation.
Not only will you be helping us improve
campus wellness, you will also be eligible
for numerous prizes. When you complete
the survey, your name will automatically be
placed in a drawing to win one of six $50 gift
certificates to the CSS bookstore. Yet, to ensure
confidentially this will occur through a
unique ID number and the information you
provide in the survey will be in no way connected
to you once it is complete.
This survey only takes twenty minutes or
less and will immensely help the WELLU program
and overall wellbeing here on campus.
