HTTP 404 error messages may appear if opendocument.jsp is used to open reports when the application server is operating at
maximum capacity.
The cause of the problem is that the BusinessObjects Enterprise session information goes missing, and as a result
opendocument.jsp redirect to the logon page; however, the path that opendocument.jsp uses to find the logon page is incorrect.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
To solve the problem, the redirection script has been modified so it always uses the correct path to the logon page.
