Schedule jobs may fail to run as scheduled in the Program Job Server.
The cause of the problem is that BusinessObjects Enterprise environment variables that are defined in the Central Management
Console fail to be accessed by the Program Job Server. This problem has forced some users to use the Remote Shell (RSH) to
run program objects.

In InfoView, refreshing an RPT file using HTTP XML Datasource causes the XML driver to access the XML data source more
times than is necessary.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
To solve the problem, the XML driver will access the XML data source only twice: once to get the preBytes value, and the other
to run the query.
Also, an option has been added in CRConfig.xml to cache the XML data
To set MaxCacheXMLSize to 150K, users must add 153600 inside
Known Limitations:
This fix is only for cases when using http files, and the selected tables have link relationship.
