CHF15 ADAPT00606802 Description: Patch ID: 39,281,416 When viewing a Crystal Report using the DHTML Viewer and the Active X Print Control, users are unable to print reports because the Print Control dialog box fails to appear when users click Print. This problem happens because Active X Print Controls for Business Objects XI Release 1 and Business Objects XI Release 2 are both installed on the same client machine. New Behavior: This problem is resolved. Known Limitations: If the Active X Print Control dialog box fails to appear on a client machine, users must force the Business Objects XI Release 1 client to download the Active X Print Control again, as follows: 1. Apply this Customer HotFix on all affected Business Objects XI Release 2 servers. 2. On all client machines, go to C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files. 3. Right-click the program files named "Crystal Reports Print Control 11.0" and "Crystal Reports Print Control 11.5," and click Remove. 4. Open Business Objects XI Release 1 InfoView, open any Crystal report, and click "Print this report." 5. If an Active X dialog box opens, offering the option to install "Crystal Reports Print Control 11.0," click "Install." If no Active X dialog box opens, go to step 8. 6. If the print dialog box opens, click "Cancel." 7. Logoff InfoView. The issue should be resolved. 8. Close all Internet browser windows: open Task Manager, and on the Processes tab, right-click the appropriate EXE file and click "End Process." 11. Click "Start > Run". Type "regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\crystalreportviewers11\ActiveXControls\PrintControl.dll". A prompt should appear indicating the successful removal of the PrintControl registry key. 12. Open a CMD prompt window (click Start > Run) and type "regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Business Objects\3.0\crystalreportviewers11\ActiveXControls\PrintControl.dll". A prompt appears indicating the successful addition of the PrintControl registry key. 13. Repeat steps 4-7. ADAPT00607047 Description: Patch ID: 39,296,050 When ranking is applied to a variable, data in a column disappears. New Behavior: This problem is resolved.

ADAPT00610724 Description: Patch ID: 39,280,349 When creating a report using a DB2 or SQLServer stored procedure, Desktop Intelligence will not return parameter values that are in Chinese. New Behavior: This problem is resolved. ADAPT00611278 Description: Patch ID: 39,279,311 The option in InfoView to set the time zone to Greenwich Mean Time, "(GMT, DST) Greenwich Meant time : Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London", when set becomes changed to "(GMT, no DST) Casablanca, Monrovia ." New Behavior: This problem is resolved. ADAPT00623424 Description: Patch ID: 39,398,234 On Solaris, Crystal reports exported to PDF files from InfoView do not display Chinese characters properly when the font style is Bold or Italic. New Behavior: This problem is resolved.
