The problem is caused by a failure to retrieve and forward the Siteminder session information by the Desktop <strong>Intelligence</strong> client<br />

when Desktop <strong>Intelligence</strong> is opened.<br />

New Behavior:<br />

This problem is resolved.<br />

To solve the problem, the Siteminder session information is retrieved and sent when the Desktop <strong>Intelligence</strong> client is opened.<br />

Known Limitations:<br />

To enable this fix, this Customer <strong>Hot</strong> <strong>Fix</strong> must be installed on every machine that runs the Desktop <strong>Intelligence</strong> client.<br />
