When opening Desktop Intelligence from InfoView by clicking the options “Modify” or “New Desktop Intelligence,” Desktop
Intelligence fails to open, and the following error message appears: “Invocation failed due to an HTTP error : HTTP 401 :”.
The problem is caused by a failure to retrieve and forward the Siteminder session information by the Desktop Intelligence client
when Desktop Intelligence is opened.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
To solve the problem, the Siteminder session information is retrieved and sent when the Desktop Intelligence client is opened.
Known Limitations:
To enable this fix, this Customer Hot Fix must be installed on every machine that runs the Desktop Intelligence client.
