Object management
ADAPT00406864
Description:
Patch ID: 37564725
When the Instance Manager is used to select a large number of instances, the Crystal Management Server runs at 100% of CPU capacity and the
page fails to be displayed.
The cause of the problem is the way that the Instance Manager retrieves instances. It creates 1000 pages of 100 instances per page for a request,
which results in 100,000 instances.
New Behavior:
The Instance Manager has been changed to retrieve 20 pages of 100 instances per page at a time. With smaller but more frequent queries, CPU
use is reduced, and results are displayed more quickly.
Object model
ADAPT00384706
Description:
Patch ID: 37088894
When users report from a Pervasive SQL database, the sort order is incorrect when the Report Option "Use Indexes or Server for Speed" is used.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
Parameters
ADAPT00437713
Description:
Patch ID: 37431684
When users set parameters with the Java SDK, values with the substring "VT" cause a report to loose its previous state.
The cause of the problem is that, when "VT" is in the state, the stringToHashtable returns a null view state hash table, which causes the previous
state to become lost.
New Behavior:
This problem is resolved.
ADAPT00456550
Description:
Patch ID: 37961149
When users change a command object, duplicate values are appended to the default value list for the parameter of the command object.
For example, if a command object has a parameter with a default value of "Argentina" and a change is made to that command object, the default
values list displays "Argentina" twice. Each time the command object is edited, the current default value is added to the end of the default value
list. The default value may be appended many times.
New Behavior:
To solve the problem, a check is performed against the default values list to ensure there are no duplicate values. Any duplicate values found are
removed from the list.
