To solve this problem, the height and width of the viewer adjusts to the zoom level automatically, and no scroll bars are added to the Webform

The scrolling action in the ActiveX Viewer is slow when users scroll through a report that has many columns.
The cause of the slow performance is that the page is re-rendered at each point in the scrolling action.
New Behavior:
To solve the problem, the page is cached so that it no longer needs to be completely re-rendered.
Known Limitations:
Only one page is cached per view. Also, the cached page is similar to a screenshot: if the zoom level is changed, the page has to be rendered
again.

Description:

When a Crystal Report is opened through a Windows .NET application, for all the parameters except the first one, the parameter drop-down list
is blank when the parameter is first displayed. Correct behavior would have the first item selected when default items are available for the
drop-down list.
The cause of the problem is that the SelectedIndex is set to -1 when no previous selection exists.
New Behavior:
If default values exist for the drop-down list, SelectedIndex is set to 0.
