I wish to express my sincere appreciation thanks to my thesis committee
members, Assistant Professor Dr. Anchanee Uthaipatanacheep, Professor Dr.
Onanong Naivikul and Dr. Kuakoon Piyachomkwan for their kindly advice,
encouragement, patience, understanding, and valuable suggestion throughout the
course of this research. I am very much appreciated thanks to Associate Professor
Siripun Chulakarangka for her kindly to be a chair person in final examination. I am
