Element type is
01 If Symbolic Element
02 If Assembler Procedure Element
03 If COBOL Procedure Element
04 If FORTRAN Procedure Element.
A procedure element cannot be added to an LEPF.
Element subtype: see 2.4, SSTYP$.
Length of element text (word 7, bits 6 through 35). The meaning of this field
depends on one of the following two program file types:
• For a PF or LPF, bits 6 through 17 of this field are not used and should be zero.
Bits 18 through 35 are the length of the element text in sectors. This allows a
maximum of 0777777 or 262,143 sectors of element text.
• For an LEPF, the meaning of this field depends on the contents of the flag-bits
element-text-length granularity field, as previously described.
• Relocatable Element Add to Element Table
