Packet Fields<br />

The calling program provides the fields in italics.<br />

tscell<br />

datefmt<br />

Available to the calling program as a test-and-set flag (optional).<br />

The date format index (0 through 8) (required). It corresponds to the date formats<br />

listed at the beginning of this section. If set to zero, no date format is used; only the<br />

time is formatted.<br />

timefmt<br />

sep<br />

The time format index (0 through 3) (required). If set to zero, no time format is used;<br />

only the date is formatted.<br />

A flag for which separator character to use (optional)<br />

0 Space (" ") character (default)<br />

1 Dash ("-") character<br />

version<br />

offset<br />

The packet version number; the current version is 1 (required).<br />

The character offset within the first word (0, 1, 2, or 3) of the SFDT$ output<br />

(optional). If omitted, it defaults to zero. SFDT$ also returns the position of the last<br />

nonspace character (0, 1, 2, or 3) in this field.<br />

The number of characters that SFDT$ writes to the output buffer.<br />

The length in words of buffer specified by bufaddr (required).<br />

A negative error code returned by SFDT$ when the error return is taken.<br />
