SAR$ WRITE
SW$ELTCDT
For SDF element output, the creation date and time of the element to be entered in
the program file table of contents. The date and time format is described under
"Program File Format," Data Structures Programming Reference Manual. The default
is the current date and time when the close-output procedure is called.
SW$LNUMINT
The line number to be written out with the output image. It may be a CTS line
number or the integer part of a fractional line number (see SW$LNUMFMT). This
field is used only for output types of SDF files and SDF elements.
SW$LNUMF1
The first 10 digits of the fractional line number to be written out with the output
image. This field is used only for output types of SDF files and SDF elements.
SW$LNUMF2
The second 10 digits of the fractional line number to be written out with the output
image. This field is used only for output types of SDF files and SDF elements.
SW$LNUMF3
The third 10 digits of the fractional line number to be written out with the output
image. This field is used only for output types of SDF files and SDF elements.
SW$LNUMF4
The fourth 10 digits of the fractional line number to be written out with the output
image. This field is used only for output types of SDF files and SDF elements.
SW$TRIMBF
A flag that determines if words of blank (space) characters are trimmed from the end
of ASCII output images before they are written out.
0 Do not trim blank characters (default).
1 Trim blank characters from ASCII output images.
SW$PCW
The initial print or punch control width of the output file. The default is 33 words
(132 ASCII characters). This field is used only for symbiont output file types. This is
only recognized during the S$AROPENO call. If it is modified in subsequent calls to
S$ARWRITE, it will be ignored. If the output file type is a symbiont file, SAR$ may
expand the line width if necessary. The line width will be reset to the print or punch
device default in the S$ARCLOSO call. This is to allow for the additional bytes
required in the ASCII/ISO with embedded shift-coded kanji and ACD character types
and for transmitting large data records such as a full screen of characters.
