1 SDF control record for SDF files or elements.
2 Data record for symbiont files.
3 Write control record for symbiont files.

The format of line numbers used for output images:

No line numbers are to be written out (default).
Generate sequential fractional line numbers with initial value 10 and increment
value 10.
Generate sequential CTS line numbers with initial value 10 and increment value

Output the fractional line numbers supplied by the caller in the packet.

The character set type to be output by SAR$
0 ASCII/ISO 9-bit characters (default), including ASCII-like characters in Table H–1.
1 Attributed character data (ACD).
Other character set types may not be written out by SAR$. See 18.3 for details on
