S'Print_heading'
Insert a heading at the top of all succeeding pages. The heading text must be in
the ASCII/ISO character set with a maximum length of 96 characters. The caller
places the heading text in the text buffer, and the length of the heading text in
the field TEXT_BUFFER_BYTE_LENGTH.
S'Clear_heading'
Clear the heading from the top of all succeeding pages.
S'Set_margins'
Change the values for the page length, top margin, bottom margin, and lines per
inch. The values are set by the caller in fields PAGE_LENGTH,
TOP_MARGIN_LENGTH, BOTTOM_MARGIN_LENGTH, and LINES_PER_INCH.
A value of -1 for any of these fields results in the device standard value being
used.
LINE_NUMBER_ON_PAGE
PLUS Attribute: 18-bit integer
The logical line number on the page to space to. This field is defined only for the
CONTROL_FUNCTION S'Line_spacing'.
PAGE_LENGTH
PLUS Attribute: 18-bit signed integer
The number of lines in a page. This field is defined only for the
CONTROL_FUNCTION S'Set_margins'.
TOP_MARGIN_LENGTH
PLUS Attribute: 18-bit signed integer
The number of blank lines used for a top margin; it must be less than 63 lines.
This field is defined only for the CONTROL_FUNCTION S'Set_margins'.
BOTTOM_MARGIN_LENGTH
PLUS Attribute: 18-bit signed integer
The number of blank lines used for a bottom margin; it must be less than 63 lines.
This field is defined only for the CONTROL_FUNCTION S'Set_margins'.
