The surgical wrench set is autoclavable and can be cleaned<br />
and sterilized after dismantling.<br />
The surgical wrench can be used whether the implant is pre-mounted<br />
or not as it fits directly on the square of both the fixture mount and<br />
the Baha ® abutment inserter.<br />
There is an extension handle included in the set. The extension is a<br />
means to increase distance from the patient, which can be useful when<br />
more space is needed. However, care must be taken that bending does<br />
not result in excess force being put on the bone. Great caution must<br />
be used during this procedure due to counter torque forces.<br />
Remember it is vital to use irrigation during all implant placements.<br />
