SWCD Board of Supervisors<br />
Sand Hill River Restoration & City<br />
of Climax Trail Crossings Project<br />
West Polk SWCD, in partnership with the City<br />
of Climax, <strong>Minnesota</strong> Pollution Control Agency<br />
and American Crystal Sugar Inc., have been<br />
implementing a restoration project on the Sand<br />
Hill River as well as promoting fi sh passage on the<br />
Sand Hill River by replacing two Texas-crossings<br />
associated with the City’s trail system with<br />
removable, fl oating bridges.<br />
