The performance guarantee shall be released after final acceptance of the services.
The performance guarantee shall cover performance of the specific contract in accordance with the
terms set out in the specific contract, and in Annex II to this Contract.

ARTICLE I.8 – GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS
Any communication relating to the Contract or to its implementation shall be made in writing in
paper or electronic format and shall bear the Contract and order form or specific contract numbers.
Ordinary mail shall be deemed to have been received by the Agency on the date on which it is
registered by the mail registration unit of the Agency.
Electronic communication must be confirmed by paper communication when requested by any of
the parties. The parties agree that paper communication can be replaced by electronic
communication with electronic signature
