o Successful training in informatics by a competent institute
o Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural
environment
o Good English language skills (at least of level B2 in
understanding and in speaking and in writing – level as described
in Annex 5.10)
o Senior: Minimum 5 years experience in software development.
o Junior: Minimum 2 years experience in software development.
o For Senior role, at least 3 years of programming falling into the
following range:
• Databases: Oracle, Microsoft SQL server
• Programming languages, methods and tools: Java (J2EE),
PHP, UML, MSF, Agile, Jira, Confluence, JSP, Grinder,
Selenium, Ant, Eclipse, Subversion
• Web servers: Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, Microsoft
IIS
• Collaborative platform, Intranet: Microsoft SharePoint
For Junior role, practical knowledge into the range specified
above is required.
o At least 1 years of experience with multi-user SQL-based
databases.
o Experience in business analysis is desirable.
o Prototyping.
o Develop/maintain programs that reflect the specifications based
on user requirements.
o Configuration of workflows.
o Assist with the testing of such programs together with the other
programs making up the system.
o Produce the relevant technical documentation and documentation
for the support team.
o Assist with training the users of the system.
o Assist with evaluating and testing products delivered by external
system suppliers to ensure that they conform to the Agency
requirements.
o Participation in meetings with the users.
o Support the work for installing/configuring the software required
in the environments of the project
o Support troubleshooting activities in production environment
o Successful training in informatics by a competent institute
o Capability of integration in an international/multicultural
environment
o Strong knowledge of testing technologies and tools and test
automation..
o Ability to grasp business scenarios related to complex software
applications quickly
o Some familiarity with test planning and coordination
o Good English language skills (at least of level B2 in
understanding and in speaking and in writing – level as described
in Annex 5.10)
o Minimum 3 years of IT system testing experience.
o Creation and execution of test cases
