Nature of the tasks
o Coaching on quality assurance regarding information systems and
IT processes.
o University degree, in a relevant subject.
o Good English language skills (at least of level B2 in
understanding and in speaking and in writing – level as described
in Annex 5.10)
o Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural
environment
o IT security including security of web applications
o Senior: Minimum 8 years in IT, of which minimum 5 years
experience in technical consulting in security aspects for large
scale IT systems, including web applications, preferably within a
high security environment.
o Junior: Minimum 5 years in IT, of which minimum 3 years
experience in technical consulting in security aspects for large
scale IT systems, including web applications, preferably within a
high security environment.
o Consultancy studies in the analysis and application of security
regarding information systems.
o Provide expertise in the security of information systems.
o Organise and perform IT security testing
o Technical evaluations of security requirements and measures.
o Carrying out security audits and IT processes security
assessments.
o University degree, in a relevant subject.
o Ability to analyse document management and workflow
requirements.
o Good English language skills (at least of level B2 in
understanding and in speaking and in writing – level as described
in Annex 5.10)
o Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural
environment
o Senior: Minimum 5 years in IT, including 4 years working as an
analyst in business and process analysis
o Junior: Minimum 3 years in IT, including 2 years working as an
analyst in business and process analysis
o Interview staff, management team and other stakeholders.
o Carrying out research and data collection and conduct analysis.
o Running focus groups and facilitating workshops.
o Preparing proposals/presentations.
o Preparing and documenting requirements specifications
o Analysis and authoring of requirements and design of new
information systems.
o Data analysis, data modelling, document management workflow
analysis, business analysis
o Cost/benefit analyses.
