(i) To deliver services in a professional way a reasonable person would do in similar circumstances<br />
and in accordance with generally accepted standards and practices for similar services, as<br />
provided by Art. I.15 of the Framework Contract;<br />
(ii) The results of deliverables from services provided will continue to meet the Technical<br />
<strong>Specifications</strong>;<br />
(iii) The software deliverables will be materially error free for a period of six (6) months after<br />
acceptance and after each installation of an upgrade. The warranty period is extended by the sum<br />
of the recovery times for all critical and major issues, where <strong>ECHA</strong> cannot use the software<br />
deliverable during the warranty period. After the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to<br />
provide software maintenance for the period of execution of tasks under the Framework Contract.<br />
Such service shall be subject to one or several specific contract(s) under this Framework Contract;<br />
(iv) The staff will continue to meet the agreed qualification with respect to training, expertise and<br />
experience for the duration of the Framework Contract;<br />
(v) The services and deliverables provided on the basis of this Framework Contract and their use<br />
by <strong>ECHA</strong> shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.<br />
4.3 Profiles<br />
For the implementation of the specific contracts under this framework contract, a part or all of the<br />
following roles will be required:<br />
a. Project Manager (Senior and Junior)<br />
b. Quality Consultant<br />
c. Security Consultant (Senior and Junior)<br />
d. Analyst (Senior and Junior)<br />
e. Developer (Senior and Junior)<br />
f. Information System Tester<br />
g. Architect (Senior and Junior)<br />
h. Web Designer-Developer<br />
i. Technical Writer<br />
The minimum requirements for the profile of each role are described below.<br />
For all profiles, a B2 level (according to Annex 5.10) on the knowledge of the English language is<br />
required.<br />
4.3.1 Project Manager (Senior and Junior)<br />

Knowledge and skills<br />
Experience<br />
o University degree, in a relevant subject.<br />
o Project management.<br />
o Usage of project management tool(s) and methodology(-ies).<br />
o Good English language skills (at least of level C1 in<br />
understanding and in speaking and in writing – level as described<br />
in Annex 5.10)<br />
o Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural<br />
environment<br />
o Senior: Minimum 7 years in IT of which minimum 5 years<br />
experience in project management of computer software<br />
