2.4 If the number of days agreed has not been fully taken up, the Agency shall not be obliged
either to use or to pay for the days not worked and the Contractor shall not be entitled to
claim damages.
ARTICLE 3: PRICE
3.1 The Agency undertakes to pay the Contractor, in consideration for the services rendered
under this Specific Contract.

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENTS
