AIRPORT SECTOR HQ SERVICE ORDER NO. 39 /2013<br />
Sub:- 8TH INTER ZONAL TRANSFER & INTER UNIT TRANSFER-2013:<br />
INSPECTOR/EXE<br />
The Insp(<strong>Exe</strong>) listed in Appendix “A” to this letter (73) are ordered to be posted as shown<br />
against each.. CISF personnel who have already completed their OHZ tenure could not be<br />
considered for posting to their HZ due to non availability of vacancies in their respective HZ and<br />
as per existing policy, no CISF personnel should be posted again at same units hence few cases<br />
could not be considered against existing vacancies in their HZ as they have already served at<br />
those units where vacancies in their ranks exist. Further, those due for HZ have been brought to<br />
HZ as per seniority.<br />
2. All the affected personnel should be relieved without waiting for their substitutes with<br />
direction to report to their new places of posting after availing their eligible joining time. In case,<br />
any of the personnel are under order of posting /relieved on regular posting, their cases should be<br />
brought to the notice of this Sector HQrs for further necessary action. In case of duplication of<br />
posting, the same may be brought to the notice of this HQrs for issue of necessary<br />
amendment/cancellation.<br />
3. Requests of all personnel whose names were forwarded by the respective DIsG/Airport<br />
Zones including all those cases which were ordered to be considered during <strong>IZT</strong>/IUT-2013 have<br />
been duly examined and necessary action has been taken on merit. However, all personnel could<br />
not be adjusted for want of vacancies in the desired places. Remaining cases, if any, may be<br />
treated as “Rejected” repeat – “Rejected” as having no merit. This may be brought to the<br />
notice of the Unit Personnel.<br />
4. Since all the Zonal DIsG/AP were requested to forward the representation, if any, along<br />
with nominal rolls of <strong>IZT</strong>/IUT-2013, so that request of concerned individual could be considered at<br />
the time of preparing <strong>IZT</strong>/IUT-2013 as to avoid inconvenience of adjustment of personnel after<br />
issuing the orders and timely posting compliance to FHQ and the requests of the personnel so<br />
received at this HQrs. have been considered on merit, it is therefore, directed that no<br />
representations should be forwarded to this HQrs. now regarding cancellation/deferment or<br />
change of place of posting etc. except in extreme compassionate ground arisen after issuance of<br />
<strong>IZT</strong>/IUT-2013 only. The representation having merit may only be forwarded along with full<br />
justification and reasons as to why it was not intimated earlier, so as to reach this HQrs. within 15<br />
days of issuance of posting order, routed through concerned Zonal DIsG/AP. Further, all the<br />
Zonal DIsG/Airport are requested to instruct their Unit Commanders that they should not make<br />
any correspondence directly with this Sector HQrs in this regard. Deviation, if any, of these<br />
instructions will be viewed seriously. Further, it may be ensured that a case once decided by this<br />
Sector HQrs should not be taken up again.<br />

5. All Zonal DIsG/AP Airports, DIsG/CASO ASG Delhi & ASG Mumbai & DIG/<strong>Security</strong>,<br />
CGBS Delhi are requested to ensure all the personnel under their jurisdiction are relieved by<br />
10.04.2013 repeat by 10.04.2013 without fail. Further, a consolidated compliance report of<br />
relieving personnel be sent to this Sector HQrs by 20.04.2013 repeat 20.04.2013 in<br />
prescribed formats (Appendix-A & B) as circulated vide this HQrs. message No. E-<br />
38014/1/2008/ AS/Adm/<strong>IZT</strong>-08 Compl/ 5380 dated 15-05-2008 with reason for non-relieving<br />
of personnel for perusal of SDG/AS. Further, all concerned DIsG/Airport(including CGBS Delhi,<br />
, ASG Delhi & ASG Mumbai) are requested to coordinate with the respective CASOs/Unit<br />
Commanders to chalk out the movement of affected personnel in batches, so that operational<br />
duties are not hampered at any cost.<br />
6. The salaries in respect of affected personnel will not be claimed by the present DDOs after<br />
31.03.2013 (AN) failing which the DDOs will be personally held responsible for the lapse. Their<br />
movement orders/Service Documents/ LPCs paid upto 31.03.2013(AN) should be sent to their<br />
new DDOs without fail. In case, any of these personnel are facing departmental enquiry, their<br />
proceedings should be completed within stipulated time and they should be relieved forthwith<br />
simultaneously moves may be made to avoid surplus/ deficiency, if any.<br />
7. This issues with the approval of SDG/AS.<br />
