Configuration Commands - ADDR (Address, Multidrop)<br />

ADDR (Address, Multidrop)<br />

Purpose: Defines the address of the communication port when using a Mutli-Drop<br />

protocol. Each address has unique POL and SEL characters, which are<br />

automatically set when the address is configured.<br />

Default: A<br />

Syntax: HCdata<br />

Acceptable values for data are:<br />

7-4<br />

A - Z, or 0 - 5<br />

NUL = disable<br />

Scan: 1. Scan the following label:<br />

Enter Accumulate/Change Configuration/Address<br />

*+/$+HC*<br />

*+/$+HC*<br />

2. Scan a bar code for data from the full ASCII chart in Appendix B, “Full<br />

ASCII Chart.”<br />
