that found its inspiration in nature. A total of
65 rooms decorated with taffeta drapes
embroidered with dragonflies are ready to
welcome you, each of which has free Wi-Fi
and high-end television multimedia. The
deluxe rooms and the suites have a few parti-
cular extras at the disposal of the guests, such
as Nespresso machines. For large families or
long stays, inter-connecting rooms or rooms
with a kitchenette, are available.
The restaurant and the bar are a meeting place
for bankers or gallery owners from the area who
mingle with the international clientele of the
hotel for breakfast, Sunday brunch or lunch.
The brasserie-chic menu created since 2002 by
the chef Alban Mestre, features light or gourmet
fish dishes daily. Inventive, creative and
demanding, the chef is particularly attentive to
the constant renewal of the dishes on offer. The
wine list of the new bar gives it a new fun
dimension thanks to a personal card that can
be used for the aperitif or whilst having dinner.

the large library- lounge so conducive to
whimsical flights of fancy, may be transformed
on request into a conference room provided
with excellent sound equipment and the
latest high-tech material.
Behind the 19th century exterior, there is also
