With permanent housing, leasing costs can now be rental assistance and the grants
are now 25 percent match (the match can be across the entire grant)
With transitional housing, they are cutting the time down and viewing it as purely
transitional.
A handout was provided that displayed the Priority Participation in HMIS and a brief
discussion followed. Felicia explained that once the funding matrix is complete, she will give
to Liz to distribute to everyone.
7. Next Steps:
Lynne will create the conference flyer and registration form
David will purchase binders for conference
David will email Felicia the materials to be printed and added to binders
Felicia will send out a current copy of the Policies & Procedures
8. Announcements:
Lynne announced that two programs, ABC Recovery and Dept. of Mental Health, were
approved for funding for the 2011 Continuum application and have received their letters for
permanent housing funding.
Lynne announced that the EFSP funding is very close to being released.
9. Next Meeting:
The next HMIS meeting is scheduled for Wed., September 5, 2012 – same location.
